These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by SiamGallery.com, all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.


Pricing
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.


Product Descriptions
We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.


Disclaimer
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.


Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary. If you select Expedited or Overnight delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing which shortens the processing time by up to 3 days. In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment.


Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.


Average Order Processing Times per Item:

Posters, Prints, Photos, Calendars, Postcards, Magnets and T-Shirts: Usually 24 hours
Special Order Prints: 5-7 business days
Framed & Mounted Items: 3-10 business days
Canvas Transfers: 3-14 business days
Note: If you order a combination of Posters and Special Order Prints, the order processing time may be 5-7 days because we will ship those items together in one shipment.


Average Transit Times:
Delivery Method Transit Time
Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
Expedited Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing
Overnight Delivery: 1 business day after processing
NOTE: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 3-5 business days and you pick Overnight delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 4-6 business days.
*Average transit time based on orders shipping to addresses in the Thailand.


Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package).


You may track your order on our website by clicking the Track Order link in the upper right corner and then entering your Order Number and email address.


Return Instructions
The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below to determine how to proceed based on your reason for return.


Reason for Return 1:
My order was damaged during delivery (or other quality concerns).
Easy Photo Return
If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up your return by following these simple steps:
1.Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
2.Complete an Easy Photo Upload Form form by including your photos and indicating whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos. Please note: Easy Photo Return is available for most posters and art prints, including framed items, canvas, acrylic, and wood mounts. Easy Photo Return is not available for some items, including T-Shirts, Apparel, Tapestries, Hand Painted Art, and Limited Edition prints.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
If you are unable to complete an Easy Photo Return form, or your order does not qualify for Easy Photo Return, please contact Orders@siamgallery.com.

I changed my mind; it doesn't look like I thought it would in my space.
Return Your Shipment
If a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, we invite you to return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
1.Complete and print a Return Request form which you can also find on the back of the Packing List included with your order.
2.Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request (the shipping address is listed at the bottom of the form). We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

Top Questions about Shipping & Returns

What is priority processing?
You will receive priority processing if you select Expedited or Overnight shipping during checkout. This means that your order will move to the front of the line to be handled immediately. Depending on the item(s) you order, this can reduce your processing time by up to 3 days, thus allowing your package to be shipped out faster.


How will I know when my order ships?
When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.


This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs & can I add a gift note?
During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own personal gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip. Additionally you can use our free E-cards. Simply find the image on our Web site and click on the "Send This Image as Free E-Card" link. You can use this free service to notify the recipient that the gift is on its way.


How is my order packaged?
The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment: Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of these items, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.


Posters and Art Prints:
Rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.


Glossy Photos and Photo Cards:
Packaged and protected in a flat 23 cm. x 30 cm. standard cardboard envelope.


Decorative Mirrors, Canvas Transfers, Mounted Items and Framed Items:
Covered with protective wrap and packaged in a durable cardboard box.


Gift Packaging:
During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping service.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship almost everywhere in the world! When you are placing an order, on the "Shipping Information" page where you enter your name and address, you can select your country from the drop-down list. If your country is not listed, then we are unable to ship to that location.
